First impression of Kent Smiles Dentistry was amazing. The staff is very efficient and their equipment is up to date. I initially went in for an emergency appt because I had a gum abscess (thinking I was just going to have an exam and get some antibiotics). We took a full examination of my teeth and found some issues that needed attention immediately. I needed a tooth extracted because of how deep the infection was. Dr Wen was careful and super professional about explaining what procedures needed immediate attention and what our plan for the future was. The young man at the front desk went over my insurance and assisted me with setting up a payment plan for the unexpected cost of the days visit. I was not prepared financially for what I needed done during my visit but Todd did an amazing job of exhausting all options and finally we were able to set up a payment I can handle and still get my tooth extracted. Thank you Dr Wen and staff. I had an amazing experience and will continue my dental care at your office.

Best dentists in the area. Dr. Park and Dr. Wen are as good as you can get. Skilled, gentle, kind, and thorough. Highly recommended.
